Meet Inga
I’m here to help you make a good decision about one.
I’m Inga Draper, a Charlotte based REALTOR® licensed in North and South Carolina. I work with first time home buyers, sellers, and anyone relocating to the area, who want more than someone to just simply open doors.
We’ll talk about the house, of course. But we’ll also talk about the payment, the commute, how the location works for your everyday life, what may become expensive later, and whether the decision still makes sense once the excitement wears off.
Sometimes the right answer is “write the offer.” Sometimes it’s “this is not the one.” Both are part of the job.

Finding your fit in Charlotte.
Whether you’re buying, selling, relocating, or thinking about what a property could become later, we’ll start with what matters to you and work forward from there.
We’ll figure out what you can comfortably buy, where your life works, and which homes actually deserve an offer. Then I’ll help you understand the numbers, risks, and contract before your money is on the line.
Help Me Buy SmarterBefore you spend money getting your home ready to sell, let’s decide what buyers are actually likely to care about. We’ll prioritize the updates worth doing, skip the ones that aren’t, and build a pricing and marketing plan around your home and your next move.
Talk Through My SaleCharlotte is not one lifestyle. We’ll compare the homes, locations, commutes, routines, and tradeoffs that matter to you so you can narrow down where your life actually works.
Help Me Figure Out Where to LiveCould this home work as a future rental? Should you keep your current house instead of selling it? Does the property support a bigger long-term plan? I can help you think through the questions worth answering before you make the move.
Think Through the OptionsA neighborhood resource
Selected Highland Creek sales and practical prep questions for Ridgefield and Bell's Mills homeowners.
Think past the first move
Let’s look beyond the rent estimate. We’ll talk about the rules, carrying costs, repairs, management work, and how keeping the property could affect your next purchase. You need a plan you can live with when the home is empty or something expensive breaks.
Talk through your optionsCheck the homeowners association (HOA) rules, city or county rules, insurance, parking, setup costs, and day-to-day management before you count on rental income.
Talk through the money, the work of being a landlord, your timeline, and how much uncertainty you are comfortable carrying.
Compare the commute, what may matter if you sell, whether renters or guests are likely to want the area, and how the location fits your daily life.
Helpful first step
A short checklist can help you compare HOA rules, local rental rules, parking, insurance, setup costs, and management before the search gets too far along.
Inga in the QC
Inga in the QC is where we talk about the things that don’t fit neatly into a listing description: what different parts of Charlotte actually feel like, what homes cost, what buyers often get wrong, and whether buying here makes sense for you in the first place.
Client reviews
My clients talk about feeling heard, supported, and cared for before and after closing. Here’s how they describe working together.

That’s completely fine. Tell me what you’re considering, what feels unclear, or what you’re trying to make work. We can start there.
