Meet Inga

I’m not here to talk you into a house.

I’m here to help you make a good decision about one.

I’m Inga Draper, a Charlotte-area Realtor licensed in North and South Carolina. I work with buyers, sellers, and people relocating to the area who want more than someone to simply open doors and write contracts.

We’ll talk about the house, of course. But we’ll also talk about the payment, the commute, how the location works for your everyday life, what may become expensive later, and whether the decision still makes sense once the excitement wears off.

Sometimes the right answer is “write the offer.” Sometimes it’s “this is not the one.” Both are part of the job.

How Inga helps

Find the move that fits where you are now.

Whether you are buying, selling, moving to Charlotte, or thinking about a rental, Inga starts with what matters to you and makes the process easier to understand.

Buying a home

We’ll figure out what you can comfortably buy, where your life works, and which homes actually deserve an offer. Then I’ll help you understand the numbers, risks, and contract before your money is on the line.

Help Me Buy Smarter

Selling a home

Before you spend money getting your home ready to sell, let’s decide what buyers are actually likely to care about. We’ll prioritize the updates worth doing, skip the ones that aren’t, and build a pricing and marketing plan around your home and your next move.

Finding the right fit for later

Could a rental fit your plans?

You may be wondering whether to sell your current home, keep it as a rental, or buy a place that leaves room for a different plan later. Inga explains the rules, costs, work, and risks so you can decide what fits your life now and down the road.

Talk through your options

Could a short-term rental fit your plans?

Check the homeowners association (HOA) rules, city or county rules, insurance, parking, setup costs, and day-to-day management before you count on rental income.

Should you sell it or rent it out?

Talk through the money, the work of being a landlord, your timeline, and how much uncertainty you are comfortable carrying.

Will the location still fit later?

Compare the commute, what may matter if you sell, whether renters or guests are likely to want the area, and how the location fits your daily life.

Helpful first step

A short checklist can help you compare HOA rules, local rental rules, parking, insurance, setup costs, and management before the search gets too far along.
